Both sleeves done, only the zip missing now!

First day back at work, not quite as bad as expected. Enjoyed being back on my bike but very cold this evening.

Had a detour to make on the way home to visit the chiropractor. Don't think she was impressed with the impact of spending too much time on the sofa lately, not to mention five nights on a rock hard sofa bed in Sweden...
