Day after Boxing day dessert

It seemed like a good idea at the time. Hand was released from the splint and I baked a bit. Almost banoffee pavlova. Turns out, Himself isn't so keen, so I ended up having a lot of it myself. Had sort of expected visitors so I had been trying to be prepared!

I did manage to keep the whole meringue unbroken. I was quite proud of that!
