Memo to self…….
……ALWAYS make twice as much cauliflower/broccoli cheese as you think you can possibly eat and then make the leftovers into soup (with the addition of a drop of stock to 'let it down' and a bit of a blitz with a blender)…..can't believe I've never thought of this before because it's bloody delicious!
In other news: I'm being (telephone) interviewed by Lancaster Uni tomorrow morning about that research project I volunteered for last year into a-photo-a-day projects…..rather looking forward to it;-)
