Birds In Our Garden (3) ...

28 and January 29, 2017 is National Garden bird count. Anyone can join. It is the largest study of nature in the Netherlands.

The intention is to count half an hour every bird that comes into the garden. Listed the species and numbers. To recognize the species is a card sent when the garden birds are drawn that occur in the Netherlands.

I try as much as possible to photograph the different birds that occur in our garden in the coming weeks. And then of course to join the official National garden bird count ... ;-)

The bird in the picture is an Eurasian Collared Dove.
