#1boy is home, rested and playing computer games!!

He has been travelling since April last year so it is good to have him back.

On a personal note I have not been to good but am back on track now.
The trouble with long term diseases is that once in remission/recovery it is easy to get complacent and forget that once you stop taking care of yourself and doing what you should be a relapse is always possible.

Last week was poo but now things are better all round :-)))
