Abstract Thursday - onion

Its Abstract Thursday and I wasn't sure what to photo.  So I took a few around the house and then while I was peeling an onion I thought the colours and texture in the skin may be a candidate.  So here we have the onion skin after working on it in Color Efects Pro.  The extra shows the before shot.

Otherwise it was a pretty good day weatherwise with some sunshine.  We were busy though recycling the Christmas tree, tidying up, booking a holiday and  picking of vegetables on the allotment.
