Feliz cumpleaños para ayer hija # 2.

It was #2D's birthday yesterday. I watched the London New Year fireworks on my laptop, and it brought the usual lump to my throat hearing the chimes of Big Ben, which was the very first sound she heard in the World, 27 years ago. The theatre staff had the radio on while delivering her by Caesarian at 5 seconds after midnight, and it was quite a festive atmosphere; I'm glad I'd begged for a spinal rather than general anaesthetic, as I felt more a part of it. The picture was acquired from one  she'd posted on Faceache of a bouquet she had received from others, so I thought I'd give it a little makeover Annie-style. Belated happy birthday, baby girl.
