There's never a dull moment on our walk in the park. Today our dogs were joined by a playmate, owned by local TV newsreader Bob Warman. The conversation turned to other local celebrities we've seen around, John Bentley from The Gadget Show, Johnny Briggs who played Mike Baldwin in Corrie and Robert Plant. Our friend A told the story of turning down the rather obnoxious son of a pop star when he asked her out, don't you know who my Dad is he shouted at her.  If only the lad knew she thought his Dad was a slime ball and that certainly wasn't going to impress her!
