Not a great photo opportunity day to be fair.
Leave for work in the dark, come home in the dark, quickly change and out to training.
This young lady turned up tonight. She hasn't come training for a while, so I took this picture of her after the run - hopefully you can see the steam coming from her after a run in sub zero temperatures!
The medal is for a race she did way back in July. There was a mix up with results on the day so our ladies team didn't get medals. Her medal came a month ago and had been in my car since waiting to see her.
