Life goes on

Bit of a mixed day today, but generally damp. I walked down to the town this afternoon with a Blip in mind, as always, but the cloud was right down on Kerrera and the whole town was gloomy.

As I walked back home in the rain along Ardconnel Terrace I heard the announcer on the 'Isle of Mull' calling for last passengers, and at the same time, the 'Clansman' came sidling into the bay, so they did a swap. Low cloud or no low cloud, life in Calmac-land goes on.

As 'Isle of Mull' disappeared into the mist beside the cathedral she took on the appearance of a ghost ship, as my extra shows. I'm sure that the skipper could find his way to Craignure blindfolded by now!
