Steak Dinner for Five

Roast potatoes = heaven on a plate.

Had a really good run this morning - I did the 11 mile route and only walked for 30 seconds when my leg cramped up, which is my best effort to date. I really want to improve my time though, so I think I need to focus on speed training for a bit before tackling the full 13 miles.

Every little helps...
