Sitting Pretty

A gloomy, damp day and I spent most of it trying to sort photos . . . and the odd cupboard. Then in the afternoon we decided to go to Rheged and see The Great Print Exhibition. I had been meaning to go for a while, but had not quite got round to it.

And I am so glad I did not miss it. It is very good. 600 artworks by more than 65 British artists – most impressive. And warrants probably more than one viewing. There are also some short films illustrating printing in action – fascinating. I would recommend it to anyone within reach of Rheged. It continues until 26 February.
