I Couldn't Help Myself!

I know. Two days in a row you have to look at my ugly mug. Sorry. It's not like I'm trying to rub it in but the sun just felt too warm and I wanted to share my great day with my blip friends.

I left the house before 9:00 and have been out all day. Started with a sonogram of my kidneys and blood work. It doesn't sound all that pleasant but I didn't mind. Then it was off to physical therapy and exercises in the pool. That was followed by a trip across town for a haircut.

I am sitting in the medical clinic right now waiting to get my B-12 shot. Before I got here, I sat outside the local coffee shop sipping an iced tea and soaking up the rays. I got here early. That's when I figured I'd take this photo. You'll have to excuse the hat head.

The first thing I decided this morning was to look like a snowbird and wear shorts even though it never reached 70 degrees. But the one thing about southern Arizona is that when the sun is shining, you're never cold!
