Mizzle on the Moors

A dull, drizzly and misty day so postponed a walk and went with Mr P over the moors to the nearest DIY superstore to get materials for some upcoming little projects in the house.
Visibility was poor so it was only at the last moment l saw the racehorse returning from its gallop and crossing the road back to Harvey Smith's stable where Sue his wife trains recahorses.
Could only manage a view from this angle but what a beautiful steed.
You can see the Burley Moor in the backdrop behind one of the lovely stone walls that are abundant around here.

Weather clearing up on our return so we will be walking and running respectively this afternoon.
