The Pineapple

day trip to visit a couple National Trust Properties in the Forth Valley.  We went to Alloa Tower first and then to the Pineapple.  The lighting was interesting over Grangemouth Refiner and manged to get a few shots of this on our way through Fife.  

The Pineapple is a walled garden, the summer house has a tower/ roof that is shaped like a pineapple.  When it was built pineapples were a luxury item.  People used to display pineapples on the table at a dinner party.
