Frozen

Altho it has warmed up a few degrees the bird bath is still a sold block of ice.  I cleaned all our feeders but have seen few birds.  I hope they are somewhere keeping warm.  There were some snow flurries on the top of the hill but nothing down here by the water.  More predicted tomorrow but we hope to beat it out of here first in the morning back to the city (NOT in the dark!) and a warm house.

Thanks for the discussion, and the very kind words, about writing on blip.   In the end, it will all probably be the same here.   We write for our own blips and anyone can choose to read or not.     I do admit that of the photos I see on blip with NO words (maybe a title or maybe not) —it is often frustrating to me not to know a little MORE.


Backblipping this on sat am since blip was "off" last night.  It's looking calm and dry for the ride home!
