The beginning of a busy day

The mist was still on the ground as I left with my son and his friend to Leeds as I have journeyed to receive two Christmas presents. One from 2015 and one from 2016. The photos are ordered in the extra to reflect the progress of the day, first pic leaving home in the early morning mist. My 2016 present was a trip to the Emmerdale Tour Experience and the next five pics are various iconic sets we saw including the inside of the pub, the Woolpack. We then drive in the car passed the ruins of Kirkstall Abbey (reminder to visit it properly) of which there is one pic. Then we arrive at the village of Escholt where Emmerdale was filmed until the mid 1990s. So pics of the village and then a beatiful lunch in the real Woolpack, Christmas present 2015. A lovely day out.
