What a day!

Woke to a call from the estate agent. Made an offer on the house of our dreams. Couple of hours later and price was agreed.

Arghhh! Bit shellshocked. super excited. More than a bit nervous.

Then Toni came with the kids and our lovely Christmas gifts and we got all excited again :) children have been playing with the new toys (magnatiles still a fav) whilst we attempted to crochet and daydream..and plan parties...
