We do live in a beautiful part of the world.

A short stroll with Carolyn this morning turned into a 8k walk, it was such a lovely morning we just kept walking.
The fresh air must have gone to my head as I agreed to do 3, 5k fun runs this year! Need to start pounding the pavements!
