Best boy

Me and my best boy this morning.

Lazy morning then lunchtime while I did a big food shop, R napped and then we all went swimming (even Daddy got in!). The flume was open so we all went up and down that and had a lovely splashy time. C was showing Daddy his forward rolls underwater and R seems to love the water too, she knows no fear and kept trying to plunge back in.

Diet going well so far, day 6 and 2.5lbs down.
