Seasonal fruits

Walking to the flea market on Sundays gives us our walk for the day as well as lots of choice for fruit and vegetables.
I have played around with apricots, cherries and plums.
The plums are interesting as they are flat rather than round.
Today the neighbour brought his son over to add some more trellis to our gate so that any would be burglars will have a hard time clambering over it.
Trev and I entertained and were entertained by the two little daughters of said son. Then the dog arrived. Finally mum and grandma wandered over and we had a very merry afternoon playing quoits, eating the last of the christmas mince pies and swapping stories.
