#Veganuary day 8

Day 8, the first week done of Veganuary and on to week 2! So far it's been easy! And I have lost 1/2lb without trying.

Breakfast today was crumpets with pure sunflower margarine. (I forgot to take a picture). Lunch I tried a Bol lunch pot, Sri Lankan lentil sambar, yummy! For dinner I cooked a Thai stir fry with chick peas and rice noodles.

After church today a lady asked me how being vegan was going. It was great to chat with someone who wanted to know more. I found out before Christmas she was vegetarian. I told her about Veganuary, maybe she will try it next years.
