Thai food

Took me three hours to pull all the ingredients together for this Thai prawn broth.  The supermarkets don't seem to have recovered from Christmas, especially on the spinach and shallot front, and doesn't seem that anywhere has heard of Tamarind Paste.  Found it all eventually, but there were other things I wanted to do today - and didn't.  What with the food hunt and a frozen card machine in Tesco, today was written off.  Annoying.
