Bread

Today, it was sunny but the temps were way below freezing. It had snowed last night, but not here on the coast. Gina and I decided to take the 2 hour drive to Raleigh to the NC Museum of Art to see an exhibit of classic cars. We planned to eat lunch at a restaurant we recently learned about, named "Irregardless Cafe".

We arrived ai Irregardless, only to find that it was closed. The downtown streets were uncleared and covered with ice. 'Irregardless', we headed to the museum - closed due to inclement weather it says. 'Irregardless', we were hungry, so I called another favorite lunch spot, La Farm Bakery, and it was open. Hence, the blip of some of the best bread in the south. Extra: Raleigh Approach.
