Villa 1 Everton 3

Not a very good result if you are a Villa fan, but we can only now get better. It didn't start too well as the chip shop ran out of Curry Sauce , so my Villa Special came with Mushy peas (A Villa Special is chips and fish or fish cake and/or Sausage with Curry Sauce or Mushy Peas).

Anyway back to the game.. Villa were down by three goals by half time, so I treated myself to a steak and kidney pie to cheer me up, the second half didn't start too well either as we had a player sent off, for a foul just outside the penalty box. But Villa finished strongly, El Ahmadi firing his new team's first goal of the season in the 75th minute with a curling finish before Andreas Weimann hit the post in injury time.
