Tivoli Gardens

Managed to get the large cake for the meeting into a bag the right size and shape for hand luggage. Hoping it will get there in one piece.

Smooth trip to Heathrow, time for a quick sandwich before boarding and then the 2 hr trip to Copenhagen. It was very, very hot when we arrived. Hotel did not have air conditioning but I think that opening my windows made the room even hotter. Had a quick shower and then headed off to find somewhere for an evening meal.

Turns out that Denmark is not entirely veggie friendly - managed to find an Italian restaurant with a fairly grumpy waitress. Good food and good chat with one of our Spanish editors that we bumped into at the hotel.

Very hot night with lots of noise back at the hotel. Will be pleased when the main purpose of our visit is over tomorrow.
