Blooming heather

Up to the wee loch where hubby does his fishing. Had a grand afternoon rowing up and down the water and hubby caught a few fish which were worth keeping. As well as the resident Cormarant and Swan we also were lucky enough to see a couple of Eagles, although not close enough to blip them or to identify whether they were Sea Eagles or Golden Eagles.

The hills are vibrant at the moment with all the different shades of green and the beautiful purple heather.
