looking back.....

the dementia nurse came to assess Stuart today......she spent some time with him but he sent her packing.....

i had a long chat with her and she thinks it is vascular dementia......there's not a lot that can be done for him if that it the case.....

sometimes it can be made worse by a stroke.....looking back to when he went to the home we all thought his mouth was drooping on the left side....we never mentioned it because there were no other symptoms....

the good thing is that nurse comes back thursday to give it another go......
