Happy Birthday, Mr PB!
Another year, another birthday. It's good to celebrate with friends, to rejoice in the fact that we're all that year older and still enjoying each other's company. And still enjoying food - tonight we had a slow-cooked carbonnade of beef, mash flavoured with horseradish , garlicky French Beans, buttered carrots. We finished off with fruit compote (in gin) on panettone, topped with yogurt.
Jolly good all round, I'd say ...
