Kincaids Hamburgers

I stopped by Kincaids tonight to see my youngest son Austin,
who works there part time while attending college.  Kincaids was a Fort Worth grocery store that opened in 1947. In 1964, O. R. Gentry, a meat cutter, began cooking hamburgers. The hamburgers were so popular, that Kincaids evolved into a hamburger joint.  The original store is still selling hamburgers and they have opened several other locations.  My son works at another store close to our home.   I had a chicken sandwich... :-)      68 degrees!
