Snowed in

Spent many more hours in various queues and then a night on a bench in a departure gate. The airport is full of thousands of people all getting more and more stressed. No one seems to be in charge of organising things so everyone is dependant on word of mouth and rumour to know what is going on. The flight we were booked on was repeatedly delayed before being cancelled so back to queuing again.
