A little drama in the sky

A quick stop at the edge of the road as we were leaving Cannon Hall after lunch with my brother.

Two good things achieved today.  Thanks to Brian and Liz  who have re-homed the dark oak bookcases that the Hospice didn't want (because they are `dark' wood).  And we managed to take three boxes of fabric/ sewing samples to Pretty Things.  Many thanks to Pat and friend who were looking after the shop for their help carrying the boxes up two flights of narrow stairs while I went and parked the car.  It was good to catch up with Pat again who I haven't seen since Art at the Altar in November (though we do keep up via FB).
