Mono ( almost) or colour

A journey up to Elgin today
First stop was in Cullen to meet with Inverculain for a coffee and a catch up
Most enjoyable
Next stop was at Portgordon and this beauty made an appearance
Finally on to Elgin and the extra in the square. I've never noticed it before and it is very "colourful"!!!!
I went to visit an old friend of mine who is in hospital in Elgin. I think he seemed a bit better.
P.S. I can't help feeling the statue is a bit "strange"
