In the Hedgerow

Busy day. Entered some Orienteering events for later in the year. Set out for an early bike ride....a little too early as I slithered up the first hill. Fortunately the ice quickly thawed and I enjoyed the best of the light.

Went to see a podiatrist who was excellent at diagnosing my knee problem and suggesting options that may help.

Home to begin organising a Mountain Bike Orienteering event on the Yorkshire Wolds. Where did the day go?
