Ex Xmas trees.

Taken on my way to work. 

I fancied mince and tatties for tea, so I got an onion and some mushrooms, a small bag of King Edwards and a punnet of 20% fat mince on the basis that I refuse to pay £4 for a pound of mince and the full fat stuff was only £1.69. It is not difficult to brown the mince and drain the molten fat off. 

I even put dumplings on top. 

I have stuffed myself to the gunnels and there is still a full portion to go in the freezer.
