Day Trip

After a couple of bad days, feeling sick, being sick, sleeping all day, and finally recovering, I needed a little outing, so we went to IKEA in Bordeaux!
We spent a long and tiring day queuing to see a kitchen person, confirming what we wanted, paying, waiting for it to be gathered up for us, changing an item which was wrong, and even longer trying to fit all the boxes into the car and trailer!
But, we had a very nice lunch, I managed some fish (soggy batter but that was ok) and chips (a bit sharp and hard so they took a while to soften and eat!).
Hopefully now we have everything we need, but usually
there's something missing so no doubt we'll have to go back again, but Mr F was still smiling as he loaded the car up!
