I ran!

I haven't been out for a run in ages, excuses included: suffering shin splints for a while, being ill, being too lazy, winter. So I went out with OH and a friend, and since she was there as well I could hardly talk both of them out of it. Glad I did though, the moon was so bright and reflecting off the canal, it made for a lovely run. And despite being out of it for ages A managed to coax me into running further than I have for a long time, and it felt pretty good! Just a shame I was so slow! I have to try and not be so hard on myself! Unfortunately night runs don't lend themselves to iPhone snaps so a quick snap of my trainers it is!
