Wood pigeon

Wood pigeon done in a leek and white wine sauce, served with home grown marrows and melted cheese.

We have an agreement with our neighbour, he may shoot wood pigeons as long as he dresses them and I will cook them. Was nice but needs some alterations to the recipe and cooking time.
