Marathon relay

It was a fabulous night down at the track tonight, as a men's relay team of St Albans Striders members went under the two hour mark for a marathon, and the women's team recorded a time faster than Paula Radcliffe's world record mark. Legs were of 200m or 400m each. I was part of the cheering squad rather than a runner, but it was an atmospheric and exciting event. Well done everyone.
