Dawn at Playa de Carabassi. 

I was up really early this morning, so we walked to the beach to watch the sun rise. It was really beautiful. It wasn't windy like it is now. Out afternoon walk was shorter than normal because of the wind and I have a soar throat.  I don't feel sick, but I feel tired (which could be the early waking up) and a bit weak. I hope I don't catch the influenza.
