Reedbed gardens
The reedbeds are pretty dead-looking this time of year, whatever development may be happening out of sight, but there are still places where you can see last years flowers. Husks of Michaelmas daisies spreading all along the paths. also clumps of these, still with their fluffy seedheads.
That's all. Took my old man to a party this afternoon and watched a magic show. the oldies were given tea with sandwiches and lovely looking cakes, but I'm gluten-free so had to look on like a hungry sparrow.
Okay, commenting now, my favourite bit. However, apologies the comments will be short tonight as my eyes are playing up :(
Many thanks to Cailleach for hosting WildWed, a magnificent challenge :))
Enjoy your evening xx
