All the way there

The pompom was wide open to greet the day today - so special to have watched it developing, last year it bloomed and faded while we were away.
 
Not quite as hot as yesterday and I managed to plod round and pick up a couple of things, even made it to the street market. HH barely budged out of his air-conditioned office - huh! The real estate agent phoned and gave us a disappointingly low valuation of our rental potential, in view of the lousy market right now, but will put the house on the site at a better price to sound out the market. Otherwise, it really won't be worth the upheaval of moving to the hills. A case of wait and see.
