A lovely coffee and treat.

Caught up with a friend this morning for a superb coffee ,treat and a chat. I am so over all the bureaucracy involved in buying and selling a house. Totally frustrated, BUT it is very slowly resolving... A week and I will be in my new place.( New for me, not a new home!!! )
