A Touch of Gold

It was really warm all night and the morning was lovely and warm with no sun or wind. At one stage it was 32c but cooled down a bit in the afternoon and the sun came out.

With not feeling 100% today it has been a lazy day of reading and catching up with a couple of friends who phoned me.

I wish you could smell this lovely lily of my fathers. He use to like cross pollinating lilies to get different kinds. This one is more gold and yellow and the outside petals are just about white with a touch of magenta along the veins. It looked beautiful catching the later afternoon sun.
