Delegation

As Roy Castle used to sing, nearly, delegation is what you need. Today eldest continued with her desire to particpate in cooking more. Cutting cheese and layering up pasta, cheese and aubergines. Still not a major fan of my favourite purple vegetable though.

Looking forward to her cooking meals more and more, not that I don't like doing it myself, I don't think I know a more relaxing chore.

The day otherwise was relatively quiet, in fact I don't think I even left the house.
