Coasteering Adventure -

To round off the week I had arranged this event for the younger
members of the family.

After revealing the event the night before , the family was very
apprenhensive but as ever they are up for most of the stupid events
I plan for our birthdays.

All suited up we hit the water , literally. It was a full body workout
dragging yourself in and out of the water and jumping off higher
and higher rocks.

I must admit I wimped out after a few , here's the video of my sons
doing the last jump of the day . They go off 2nd and 3rd .
