Broken promises

Yesterday I promised (this time) focused snowdrops. It rained all morning and the camera was not keen at all to venture the 10 metres from the doorstep around the corner of the house. Not even a handy window to shot from.
I then decided to wait for the much hearalded snow, no sign yet and light fading. More broken promises, or false news. To be fair to the weather forecasters, they said that it was difficult to predict the line where rain would turn to snow in the SW both geographically and height above sea level.

I will try the snowdrops again tomorrow , it is flower Friday after all. But be prepared for more disappointment!
