A Hearty Bowl of Soup

Not much gardening done again - bit of cutting back but lots of little snow and hail showers persuaded me to go back indoors.  Did some more tidying and potting on whilst sheltering in the greenhouse. Made some leek, sweet potato and butterbean soup this morning - lots of smoked paprika gives it that colour and a hint of warming spiciness.  Panini croutons made it just perfect for a snowy day lunch.
