Proper snow....

fell overnight and a lovely sunny day made walking a delight. Walked through woods and along river to Burns poetry reading. Highlight was a lady of 90 who read 'To a mouse' which she last read aloud 86 years ago when she had won the book she read from today!
Later saw the Hawfinches in the trees where they have been since December.
Blasting down with snow tonight!
