Long-tailed tit

I was taking photos of our hyacinths for Flower Friday but was not inspired and while I was editing them I saw five long-tailed tits feeding on the fat balls.  This is the best of a bad bunch of photos taken through the kitchen window in a hurry!  You can just see the end of another one's tail!

The extra shows Barty who has decided he likes a cuddle in the morning on our bed!  We took him to the Dogs Trust vet this morning who was very pleased with him after his op, and he has gained another kilo which brings him up to 21.2 kilos which is super.  He also met his "forever" mum and dad who fell in love with him!  He will meet them again next week and then we'll hand him over the following week sometime - which will be hard to do.
